Woman Deals With Unsightly Bush

If you’ve ever lived where there is a Homeowner’s Association, you know there are certain rules you have to adhere to. Now, some HOAs are pretty relaxed or reasonable while others can be remarkable sticklers. Well, this particular HOA has a real problem with this lady’s dried up bush and that’s why they’ve been fining her $45 for each duration of time that she doesn’t fix the situation. I can’t blame them. No one likes and unsightly and crusty bush. Her solution? She spray painted it green.
