The Literal Definition of Having Insult Added To Injury

King Trot is a sidewalk rapper/performer in Las Vegas.  For some reason, some dude (probably ‘cuz Vegas) decided to rush across a street to attack King Trot, but in the process, he slipped and seriously hurt his leg.  While the would-be attacker laid on the ground waiting for paramedics, he had to just live on the pavement while King Trot made fun of him.  Thus, a true “adding insult to injury” moment.
