Idiot Stuck In Portable Toilet

Some disgusting dummy had to be cut out of a portable toilet in Kansas City after he got stuck in the tank. He said he was trying to remove a Mountain Dew bottle, but that seems dubious.  He was discovered by a guy from the portable toilet company who was there to retrieve the units.
