Limp Bizkit guitarist Wes Borland finally has a signature guitar to call his own.
According to Consequence, Jackson Guitars has unveiled the Pro Series Signature Wes Borland King V, inspired by the custom King V he’s been shredding onstage for years. The stripped-down design features a single pickup, a Floyd Rose tremolo, and even Borland’s trademark upside-down Jackson logo—a happy accident that became one of the guitar’s signature looks. In an interview, Borland also reflected on his first guitar, his love of modifying gear, and why he prefers simple, road-ready instruments that can survive the chaos of a Limp Bizkit show.
The only downside? The price tag. At around $1,300, this thing is making us feel poor… and we don’t even play guitar. Do we still want one hanging on the wall because it looks ridiculously cool? Yes.
