RiverGate Mall may be gone, but its replacement is looking like a serious glow-up
According to FOX 17, developers just unveiled new renderings of the massive $450 million redevelopment project, transforming the former mall into a walkable mixed-use destination with shops, restaurants, apartments, townhomes, a hotel, medical offices, and plenty of green space. The project will feature around 120,000 square feet of retail and dining, more than 700 apartments, senior living, and public gathering areas, all designed to breathe new life into one of Nashville’s longtime shopping hubs. Demolition is already underway, with construction expected to roll out in phases through the early 2030s.
