Pesky Parakeet Perturbs Population

Residents in Inverness, Scotland are growing frustrated because a destructive parakeet keeps pecking the rubber window seals from their cars. It’s estimated the parakeet’s caused thousands of dollars worth of damage. The locals are covering their cars, placing fake snakes on the dashboards and trying various oils to try to deter this thing. Apparently, no one in this town owns a cat.
