Woman Without Right Hand Gets Ticket For Holding Phone With Right Hand

Back in February, Kathleen Thomas was given a ticket after a Palm Beach County Sheriff’s deputy pulled her over for allegedly using a phone with her right hand. The thing is, Thomas doesn’t have a right hand. Just before she was about to appear in court to dispute the ticket, the officer requested that the citation be dismissed.
