Family Gets Used Urn From Amazon

It can be kind of great when you order something from Amazon and, if it’s not quite what you wanted, you get a refund AND you get to keep whatever they sent. Maybe not in this case, though! A California family discovered what appears to be the ashes of a stranger in an urn they ordered through Amazon.
