Nashville is reportedly set to host the 2030 Super Bowl at the new enclosed Nissan Stadium, which honestly would’ve sounded completely insane like ten years ago. But now? Music City has exploded into one of the biggest entertainment and tourism destinations in the country, so hosting massive events like the NFL Draft, CMA Fest, WrestleMania rumors, and now potentially the freakin’ Super Bowl almost feels inevitable. Accoding to WSMV, league officials previously called Nashville a “Super Bowl-ready city.”
The new $2.1 billion stadium (expected to open in 2027) is a huge reason Nashville landed on the NFL’s radar, alongside the city’s massive tourism boom and the insane turnout during the 2019 NFL Draft downtown. Kinda cool that the whole world’s about to descend on Nashville.
