A man we have crowned “Mustard King of New Hampshire” is going to be doing some jail time for intentionally polluting a local river. Charles Santich, owner of Old Dutch Mustard Company, has been sentenced to 18 months in jail and fined $1.5 million for his involvement in a pollution scheme.
