We know airport traffic in Nashville is getting bad, but not THIS bad!
We’re approaching busy season at BNA. According to News Channel 5, BNA saw a record-breaking 40,358 departing passengers on September 24th and 42,417 departing passengers on October 1st. This past Sunday, October 8th, was one of the busiest travel days for the airport. The traffic on the interstate backed up so much on I-40, that many passengers decided to get out of the car and WALK on the shoulder of the interstate to the terminal! Video below.
The next busy days to keep in mind are October 15th and October 22nd. Plan ahead!!
