The news broke when Foxx’s daughter reported he was in the hospital after a “sudden illness.”

Initially, his daughter said he had an unnamed “medical complication.” She asked for both privacy and prayers. Now, there are unconfirmed claims that Foxx actually suffered a stroke, and this is why he was in the hospital.
