Things went from electric to heated in Arkansas this week when a biker who was on the run got tasered by police and subsequently was engulfed in flames.
As the video shows, the would be runaway fugitive was tasered as he tried to escape the pursuing officers grasp, which then lit a gallon of gasoline he was carrying in his backpack.
