It’s only been three months since the reunion of “Roseanne,” but the show came to a screeching halt after Roseanne Barr went on a supposed “racist” Twitter rant.
The tweets have been deleted, so I’m basing it off of articles that have the actual text in the original Tweets. The tweet was aimed at a former adviser of Barack Obama, saying “Muslim brotherhood & planet of the apes had a baby=vj”
President of ABC Entertainment called the tweet “abhorrent, repugnant and inconsistent with our values, and we have decided to cancel her show.”
Roseanne Barr has since apologized in the tweet below.
