Fake Substitute Teacher

A Milwaukee woman, who we referred to as “Fed Up Marsha”, is accused of posing as a substitute teacher at Rufus King High School. She managed to stick around for the first 3 periods before being yanked by cops, but not before insulting kids, using racial slurs and other craziness.
