Nissan Stadium is finally throwing concertgoers a lifeline.
Starting this event season, according to WKRN, the stadium is launching a new shuttle service through Gray Line Tennessee designed to help fans avoid the usual parking nightmare, traffic gridlock, and post-show existential crisis that comes with trying to leave the East Bank after a major concert. The shuttle will run continuously beginning 90 minutes before events and for up to an hour after, with parking available in designated state employee lots and drop-offs near the stadium entrance. It officially debuted for Ed Sheeran’s show and will also serve upcoming events like Alan Jackson, Post Malone, and more.
Honestly, this might be the most exciting Nissan Stadium announcement that’s not a concert. Anyone who’s ever spent two hours trying to escape a stadium parking lot after a show knows the struggle is very, very real. So if this thing works as advertised, it could save Nashville concert fans a whole lot of honking, sweating, and questioning their life choices while staring at the same brake lights for 45 minutes.
