The Nashville Office of Emergency Management have opened two Disaster Assistance Centers to provide in-person support for residents impacted by the recent winter storm.
The two locations are Hadley Park Community Center: 1037 28th Ave. N and Smith Springs Community Center: 2801 Smith Springs Rd.
Both are in Nashville and open Monday–Saturday, 9 a.m.–6 p.m.
Services offered include health and wellness support, mental health and crisis services, employment and insurance assistance, resource referrals and case management, animal wellness services, and help navigating forms and HUB requests.
