No joke…. Nate Bargatze’s now got his sights set on dominating Nashville’s skyline with a full-on theme park. According to WKRN, his company, Nateland, has teamed up with Storyland Studios to bring his vision of a family-friendly, 100+ acre entertainment haven to Music City.
Why? Because apparently, Nashville’s in desperate need of something more than hot chicken and honky-tonks. According to Nateland’s CEO, they realized the city’s missing a massive draw for visitors of all ages, so why not build it themselves? Plans include everything from rides to retail and even a hotel, and the whole thing’s supposed to reflect Nate’s signature brand of humor and heart. If that doesn’t sound like the most Nashville thing ever, I don’t know what does. With a feasibility study expected to wrap by 2026, the team will soon be hunting for investors to turn this quirky dream into reality.
So good news for the OG Nashvillians… it’s not Opryland, but we’ll take it, right?! Read more from WKRN HERE.
