Pedestrian Captures the Moment a Smoking Garbage Truck Goes Up in Flames

A man in St. Louis captured the perfect metaphor for the state of the world right now: a garbage truck spontaneously bursting into flames.

What began as a smoky mess near I-44 in St. Louis, Missouri, suddenly erupted into a fiery inferno. A pedestrian named Marshall White caught the moment the truck caught ablaze on camera and exclaimed, “Ladies and gentlemen, I give you the state of America: a dump truck on fire!”

Now, apparently there’s no official word on what caused the blaze, but honestly, this seems like the biggest thing that’s happened in this man’s life and we’re glad he could be there for it.
