Avenged Sevenfold just called “hold up” on their South American tour. Frontman M. Shadows was diagnosed with a vocal fold hematoma (again) so they’re postponing the tour till early next year.
He revealed he thought it was just throat issues from travel or sickness, but after being scoped by a doctor, it turned out worse. He’s had this same injury before (2017), and this time he’s choosing to pause, rest, and rehab rather than push through and risk surgery.
It really sucks for Avenged fans to hear that, but M. Shadows promises they’ll come back stronger. Read more from Loudwire HERE.
