A Giants fan has found herself among the ranks of many other greedy sports fans who have been labeled “Karens” after swiping special moments from children.
Just weeks following the unashamed “Phillies Karen” we now have “Giants Karen” or “Kansas City Karen” (depends who’s posting) as she snatched a headband from Patrick Mahomes that was fully intended to go to a little Chief’s fan who was there celebrating his 10th birthday.
In a deleted video, she was seen bragging about bagging the band, but following the backlash has since posted one video trying to defend it and another actually apologizing, seemingly seeing the error of her ways (scroll down to find both). The internet is split though between appreciating the sentiment and seeing it as more of a “I’m sorry I got caught” kind of apology.
