A guy in handcuffs tried to make a break for it, but his escape plan was not thought out well as he got his s**t rocked. While he was running, it sounds like he keeps repeating “b**ch” as he tries to catch his breath and make a break for it.
One officer body checks him so hard, he goes flying into a brick wall, but dude kept swinging like he ever stood a chance, demanding officers let him speak to his woman.
