We’ve also got the third‑highest number of Sonic Drive‑Ins in the entire country. Yes, that many Sonic stores.

For comparison: West Virginia leads (49.04), Kentucky’s next (47.21), Kansas close behind. Tennessee’s not top dog, but we’re not exactly slumming it.
So, bottom line: Tennessee isn’t just about BBQ and music… we’re a fast food powerhouse, and proud of it. Now I want a chili cheese coney…
