According to the Tennessee Lottery, some Tennesseans did hit big jackpots in the Powerball drawing. There were five $50,000 winners and one $100,000 winner.
One of the $50,000 winners bought their ticket at Thorntons, 300 Sam Ridley Pkwy. E. in Smyrna. The $100,000 winner bought theirs at Publix on Gallatin Ave. in Nashville.
