A new collaboration between Jack Black and Dave Grohl will be featured on the soundtrack for the upcoming live-action Minecraft film. The original song is titled,“I Feel Alive,” and it features Black – who is also a cast member in A Minecraft Movie – on lead vocals and Grohl on drums. The ’80s-inspired track was penned by Black, Mark Ronson, and Andrew Wyatt, with additional vocals provided by fellow cast member Danielle Brooks, and guitar by longtime Queens of the Stone Age member Troy Van Leeuwen. This new project marks the latest in a long series of collaborations between Black and Grohl, who previously worked together on Tenacious D’s 2001 self-titled debut and 2018’s Post-Apocalyptico, along with a variety of live and studio link-ups. A Minecraft Movie is set to hit theaters on April 4th, and will also feature an original score by DEVO’s Mark Mothersbaugh. Black is also set to host Saturday Night Live on April 5th, while Tenacious D remains on hiatus. (Consequence of Sound)

What's the WORST part of going to a concert in Nashville now?
Parking costs more than the ticket
Waiting 45 minutes for an Uber that smells like weed
Post-show traffic that somehow still exists at 11pm on a Tuesday
The “convenience fee” being more inconvenient than convenient
Trying to leave Bridgestone with 18,000 other people at once
Voting Ends: Never
Sat May 16
Nashville, TN, USA
Partly cloudy
