Last week, Alice In Chains teased a social media post with a picture of flies and “next week…” It seemed obvious that it had to do with Jar Of Flies since it celebrates 30 years in 2024, and the band just announced today the anniversary edition release.
According to Consequence, the box set is limited to 3,000 copies and retails for $225. The screen-printed and UV coated shadowbox houses the EP on tri-colored vinyl, a logo-embossed jar with touch-activated red LED and faux flies, a 60-page hardcover book, and a double-sided poster. Other merch includes limited-edition apparel, a poker set, a skate deck, and a Whale & Wasp plush toy.
