They show EVERY single high speed chase in LA. Sometimes they even show the low speed ones. Recently LAPD were chasing a guy who stole a golf cart…also he was shirtless..also he had a dog on his lap. Is California trying to become the new Florida?! Short and long videos are below.
PS-the man was arrested and charged with robbery and grand theft auto (the LAPD states he also had a warrant out for assault with a deadly weapon). The dog was taking safely to a shelter.
