Burger King is reportedly being sued for their Whoppers “appearing larger than it actually is,” and they can’t get out of the lawsuit either!
According to Reuters, “Customers in the proposed class action accused Burger King of portraying burgers with ingredients that “overflow over the bun,” making it appear the burgers are 35% larger and contain more than double the meat than the chain serves.”
Reuters also says a U.S. judge has rejected Burger King’s request to dismiss the lawsuit saying they cheated hungry customers by making them appear larger than it actually is.
