WATCH: Dave Grohl, Chad Smith and Shane Hawkins Join Taylor Hawkins’ Side Project Chevy Metal

Chevy Metal, formerly drummer Taylor Hawkins’ side project, has a gig in Simi Valley, CA this past Monday night. The fans in attendance got a hell of a surprise when Dave Grohl crashed the stage, along with Taylor’s son Shane, and Chad Smith of the Red Hot Chili Peppers!

According to the venue’s website, the show took place at Rock N Roll Pizza Bar, located inside a local bowling alley. Could you imagine seeing the legends on stage in a small venue like that?!
