Well, I learned that I’m a giant, walking red flag today!
If you, like myself, enjoy curling up on the couch with a glass of wine and watching crime shows, documentaries, and reenactments before bed, then apparently that’s not normal. According to this psychologist.
In the clip below, she says it’s not necessarily normal if your idea of “relaxation” is watching Law & Order. She says, “If your idea of relaxing before you go to sleep is to watch three episodes of Law and Order , [then] I would encourage you to think about ‘why is trauma relaxing to me?'”
