When it comes to the future of AC/DC, and what they’ll be doing next,”Mum” is the word from frontman, Brian Johnson.
The “Back In Black” singer is the focus of these questions, as problems with his hearing forced him to bow out of a 2016 tour, and be selective about any performances since. He is currently under the care of a high-level hearing institute.
“I’m not answering that – why should I?” Johnson said when [Eddie] Trunk asked if AC/DC would play live again. “First of all, there’s five members in this band, and to ask one member isn’t fair.” Asked about his feelings on reuniting onstage, Johnson responded, “I cannot answer that. I’ve been told not to by everybody. It’s the official line.”
