Up until a few weeks ago, I felt like such a poser when I would talk about my love of Sam Tinnesz. He’s one of my favorite artists yet I had never seen him live. That all changed a few weeks back when he came to The End in Nashville. It was surreal for me to finally hear all the great songs I’ve been spinning on my show brought to life. I’m the cool guy in the back normally at shows, but for Sam I had to get kinda close and sing along, sorry guys ya’ll can take my cool guy at the concert card back if you must. As Tinnesz rocked through all his hits, he suddenly announced he was about to play a new song coming out around Halloween and then ripped into “Bad News”. I thought to myself instantly, “dear future Andy, blog about this song when it drops and tell everyone to turn this one up NOW”. Luckily for ya’ll , I’ve been doing sober October so I actually remembered and HERE we are.
