Michael Strahan has officially become the first U.S. journalist to shoot off into space. The former NFL player ascended on Jeff Bezos’ rocket company, Blue Origin, on Saturday for a quick, round-trip flight. As expected, Strahan mentioned that he already wants to return. I can only imagine what an experience like that must be like.
It is uncertain how much grabbing a ticket into space costs, but it can be done. The Blue Origin website has a registration form where you can get all of the pricing details. I think it’s safe to say however, that it is likely going to be out of most everyone’s budget.
