Did you catch the People’s Choice Awards last night? We didn’t either… but this was a cool moment from the show.
Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson took home a ton of awards, but one was given to somebody else in the audience.
He presented the People’s Champion Award to a Make-A-Wish teen named Shushana and added, “I met her earlier. I told her how inspired I was by her story. She is a survivor. She has fought literally for her life. She has inspired her family, her friends, now you guys here, now the world that is watching.”
