The Factory at Franklin has officially been sold!
Holladay Properties purchased the property for $56 million and it sounds like they have great upcoming plans for the space. According to The Tennessean, the new owners plan to give The Factory “a little city” feel. The dining, shopping and entertainment experiences currently in the 1929 property will be revamped, while keeping the history of the structure intact.
Here’s to hoping my favorite taco joint stays there too!
