We thought this was a joke. Sad part is, it’s not!
What’s left of this charred shell of a house in Massachusetts was on fire a month ago, and now it’s being resold for $399,000. HERE is the actual listing.
The listing states,
House being sold as is. Great potential to build a new and adorable home in desirable Melrose, a town where property values continue to rise, boasting a thriving downtown, a commuter rail to Boston, excellent schools and multiple restaurants, coffee houses and local boutiques.
Might we add, it is currently under contract.
This may not be the Nashville housing market, but we wouldn’t be surprised if we saw something like this in Nashville next!
