Warner RecordsLinkin Park has shared a demo of “In the End,” included on the upcoming 20th anniversary reissue of the band’s diamond-certified 2000 debut album, Hybrid Theory.
The recording lets you hear a rawer, earlier version of “In the End” before it went onto become a chart-topping single. You can download the demo now via digital outlets.
The Hybrid Theory reissue includes a whole host of demos, B-sides and remixes, as well as previously unreleased songs, such as “She Couldn’t.” It’ll be released on October 9.
Hybrid Theory was released October 24, 2000. Along with “In the End,” the effort spawned singles including “Crawling,” “One Step Closer” and “Papercut.”
