Way back in the George Orwell era of 1984, RATT, a run-of-the-mill hair band from Hollywood, California, ruled the Billboard Rock chart with their single, “Round and Round.”
After their run, the next pop culture item came into their 15 minutes of fame, and “Round and Round” was relegated to memories and the annals of history.
