Roadrunner RecordsIf you’ve ever wanted to own a piece of Slipknot‘s catalog, hope is still alive.
Royalties on the Knot’s 2008 album All Hope Is Gone are up for auction via the site Royalty Exchange. The winning bidder will collect royalty payments from sales, streams and syncs of the record, as well as individual singles, for the next 30 years.
The auction also includes royalties to Simple Plan‘s 2008 self-titled album.
The starting price is $758,000, which, for many of us, likely means that all hope is gone to win the bid. However, if you do have that kind of cash, you can bid now via Auctions.RoyaltyExchange.com.
Slipknot’s most recent album is We Are Not Your Kind, which was released last August.
