With us being rock fans, I don’t think we ever struggle due to lack of music in our lives, but just know that a little over an hour of music per day is all you may need for a pick-me-up.
According to Deezer, people should listen to music for at least 78 minutes per day, according to a scientific study. I don’t think that’s much to ask… If you spend you commute listening to music to and from work, then it should be simple!
