Yesssss, girl!!
You know what I’ve noticed lately? Some young kids that are being bullied end up in the spotlight. Like the boy with the homemade UT Vols shirt. Other kids teased him for it, yet the entire team sold a ton of reprints of that shirt and he gets a scholarship. Now? This middle school student from Nashville posts a video to Facebook about other students making fun of her “afro,” it reached over 1.8 million views, and she gets invited to LA to be on The Kelly Clarkson Show.
It’s pretty heartwarming and promising to see this younger generation stand up for themselves and get rewarded for it. Go girl. Your hair looks fantastic.
