WINS! Yep, our friendly(and apparently WAY too literal)neighbors to the north had a class action lawsuit against Redbull for false advertising. The Canadians claimed “dat duh Redbull der didn’t actually give you wings ehh.” That’s right, Redbull was sued because of false advertising because it didn’t actually “give you wings.” Redbull lost surprisingly and now has to repay Canadians that purchased their energy and didn’t get wings. Sorry to those of you that did grow wings, you can’t collect.
