Today we have Pandora, Spotify, YouTube and several other platforms to digitally share music. In the 90’s there was only one….Napster. The guys from Metallica(besides for being great musicians)are great businessmen and saw a royalty injustice forming. Their music was being shared and the artists that made it weren’t getting a cut. Metallica sued Napster and became the poster boys for greed(fair or unfair label). Since that time we have seen what Metallica was fighting for and saw one of the reasons why they are still around-they are smart and able to see trends in music and consumerism. That’s not funny though right? On this “Revenge of The 90’s Weekend Buzz,” here’s a throwback to when Metallica was seen as evil. This video was viral before Snapchat, Facebook, or even MySpace. People would just email it to each other on their hotmail accounts!
PS-There are bad words in this video. NSFW or sensitive ears!
