Some people go for houses with “character” as a certain selling point, and if this isn’t one of them, then I don’t know what is. This huge 4 Bed, 2.5 Bath home is listed for sale just a few miles outside of Philadelphia.

Fine and dandy, but are we just gonna sit here and ignore the fact that there’s a 50 Shades of Grey-style “pleasure room” that takes up the entire freaking basement?

Its description on REDFIN casually says “Full finished walk-out basement w bilco doors, includes a gym or 5th bedroom. It can be converted back to a typical suburban basement.” That’s it. Suddenly a swing and a bed with chains make it a “gym or 5th bedroom.”

Also, note that the very last sentence says “SOLD FURNISHED!”
