Last Thursday, Nashville Police noticed people huffing ballons near the Ryman Auditorium. The suspects were followed into an alley where police noticed a 28 year old man also huffing from a balloon. Police found a pressurized tank inside his car filled with Nitrous Oxide. He told police he was selling the balloons for 5 dollars.
Tamar Nance, 28, is charged with possession, drug paraphernalia and inhaling fumes.
