You can’t “bring home the bacon” anymore, because we don’t want to offend any vegans. That’s what PETA thinks anyway.
I’m sure vegans “beat a dead horse” and “kill two birds with one stone” all the time without batting an eye… or is that not okay to say either…

Fine. Go for it. I’m sure the PETA people will go along with these sayings, and the rest of us (99.9%) will keep saying what we say.
Comedian Romesh Ranganathan is vegan, and he even responded on Twitter, “Siri, show me why people think us vegans are humourless t****.” HA!!
