Who turns down Metallica?!
According to NME, Metallica apparently wanted Turnstile to join them on the road, but the Baltimore hardcore band turned down the offer.
James Hetfield revealed the news in a recent interview, saying, “They’re doing good on their own already.” And he wasn’t exactly bitter about it. Hetfield had plenty of praise for the band, calling them fun, saying they bring an incredible live energy, and encouraging fans to go see them. Turnstile have certainly been keeping busy on their own, riding the success of their 2025 album NEVER ENOUGH.
So, no Metallica tour for now, but it’s pretty cool to know James Hetfield is in the Turnstile fan club. Read more from NME HERE.
