As A Flame
As A Flame is a Nashville-based metalcore band built on a foundation of crushing heaviness, soaring melody, and an uncompromising message of accountability. Blending modern metalcore with emotionally charged vocals, massive hooks, and cinematic intensity; As A Flame creates music centered on confronting the parts of ourselves, and the people around us, that keep us trapped. Their songs explore inner conflict, addiction, disillusionment, consequence, and the fight to leave destructive cycles behind. Their new single, “Amnesia,” turns that confrontation outward. Fueled by aggression and defiance, “Amnesia” is about recognizing manipulation, ego, and false authority for what they are—and refusing to give them power any longer. Rather than searching for closure from someone incapable of self-reflection, the song embraces the freedom that comes from cutting ties with toxic people and allowing their memory to fade.
