Paper or Plastic? A 90’s Investigation

There are not many things we enjoy more than taking a stroll down memory lane with some sort of dated report about something from that dated time. In this case, it’s a report about the raging debate of the late 80’s and early 90’s about whether plastic bags or paper bags are the best bags.
