The BBC postponed the broadcast of the Ozzy Osbourne documentary, Coming Home, originally scheduled to air on Monday night (August 18), at the personal request of the Osbourne family. While the network initially didn’t share any specific reason for pulling the film only hours before it was supposed to air, they have now issued the following statement about the decision: “Our sympathies are with the Osbourne family at this difficult time. We are respecting the family’s wishes to wait a bit longer before airing this very special film. The new date will be confirmed shortly.” The hour-long film, which features contributions from Ozzy’s wife Sharon and their children Jack and Kelly, chronicles the last three years of the metal legend’s life as his health declined due to Parkinson’s disease and a series of spine and neck surgeries. Initially planned as a 10-part series, it instead became a moving portrait of the family’s love and resilience during this difficult time, culminating in Ozzy taking part in the historic “Back to the Beginning” concert on July 5, followed by his death only 17 days later. Waiting 45 minutes for an Uber that smells like weed
Post-show traffic that somehow still exists at 11pm on a Tuesday
The “convenience fee” being more inconvenient than convenient
